Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or support the preparation of consolidated financial statements

• Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing (internal and external reporting)

• Prepare financial analysis and management reports under tight deadlines

• Oversee inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and billing

• Coordinate with external and internal auditors, as well as tax consultants, for audits and tax filings

• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities

• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and PRC tax regulations

• Assist the finance manager in managing daily operations
• Train new employees and review their daily work
• Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

主要职责：

• 统筹公司月度、季度、年度合并报表编制
• 独立处理全盘账目，包括总账、应收、应付、等模块
• 确保月结、季结与年结及时、准确
• 按时完成财务分析与管理报告
• 管理公司间往来帐及相关账务处理
• 与内外部审计师及税务顾问协调，支持审计及税务申报工作
• 组织年度预算、滚动预测工作，跟踪偏差并出具改进建议；
• 制定并落地不同司法管辖区的税务筹划方案，完成利得税、增值税、印花税等全税种申报
• 协助财务经理管理财务部门日常运作
• 培训新员工并复核其日常工作
• 提供部门行政及运营支持，协助日常会计管理工作
• 执行上级指派的其他临时任务

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA qualification preferred

• Minimum 8 years of solid accounting experience, with hands-on consolidation and tax experience, including at least 5 years in an SOE (State-Owned Enterprise)

• Proficient in SAP, Jiuqi (久其) reporting system, Treasury Management System and expense-reimbursement platforms; strong skills in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin；Experienced in drafting official Mainland documents.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

任职要求：

• 会计、财务相关专业本科及以上学历，持有注册会计师（CPA）资格者优先；

• 熟悉香港及中国内地税务制度和报税实务，至少8年以上财务全盘账务处理及合并报表经验，有5年以上央国企财务部工作经验者优先；

• 熟练使用SAP系统，久其报表系统，司库系统及报销系统，熟练操作Microsoft Office办公软件；

• 中英文书面及口语表达流利（熟悉内地公文书写优先）
• 具备较强的分析能力、注重细节，能在压力下高效工作
• 具备良好的沟通技巧与团队合作精神
• 能立即到岗者优先考虑
