General Responsibilities:

  • Drive for business growth via cost effective business plans and operational solutions to meet client's needs
  • Manage operational enquiries from clients focusing on operational efficiency, service levels, process and quality improvement and business expansion initiatives, etc.
  • Contribute on new business onboarding process with collaborating with new clients and cross functional departments
  • Initiate and develop business from existing and new clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clients
  • Lead meetings and negotiations with existing clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities
  • Establish long-term professional relationships with existing clients, and partners to promote company's products and services. Manage the contract renewal process.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to provide high quality services in accordance with agreed KPIs
  • Understand and identify rooms for improvement in individual client's Profit & Loss statement
  • Initial handling of client’s agreement

Functional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience and demonstrate in-depth understanding of 3PL, supply chain operations and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
  • Good understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Excellent client management, project management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Basic financial skills on analyzing Profit & Loss statement
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Education

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chains & Logistics or related discipline
