Assistant Key Account Manager (Report to Sales Head)

Job Summary

1. To grow the business and achieve distribution & financial targets.
2. To add value to Company brand Portfolio at assigned channels through the development and implementation of category, ranging and promotional management strategies, shelf management and pricing strategies align with brand & product plans.
3. Assist Sales head to maximize category and brand opportunities in terms of sales and profit within channels.
4. To build and maintain productive business relationships with customers. Undertake professional & comprehensive dealings and maintain close business relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with the department stores and minor chain.
2. Facilitate the implementation of agreed marketing & trade marketing plans /activities to achieve sales and promotion objectives/ target.
3. Responsible for monitoring sales and promotional funding
4. Regularly analyses and evaluate business and promotional plans versus sales & trade expenditure results with assigned customers / channels
5. Monitor market and sales trend, expand company’s product portfolio.
6. Provide management and marketing personnel with regular updated information
7. Ensure the maintenance of suitable sales management records .Format, analysis and distribute available market data to sales and marketing personnel

Requirements:

1. University Graduate or equivalent
2. Minimum 2-3 years relevant sales experience in FMCG industry.
3. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
5. Resourceful, committed and with a lot of initiation
6. Well-organized, customer oriented enthusiastic and self-motivated
7. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
8. Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
9. Outgoing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivate, organized and attention to details are required
