Assistant IT Manager

Chewy International Foods Ltd, one of the leading and prestigious food suppliers in Hong Kong, with over 50 years of experience in the manufacturing, production, marketing, and sales of food products. We are now inviting candidates to apply the following position :

Duties:

• Perform software installation, upgrade and support services on deskside equipment, including PC, Notebook, Printer etc;
• Provide daily IT helpdesk and end user support;
• Responsible for system administration support to IT Infrastructure such Windows Server, VMWare, WAN, LAN;
• Assist in network equipment installation, configuration and maintenance;
• Monitor daily system performance and perform periodical system maintenance;
• Manage the inventory control of hardware and software;
• Perform in ad-hoc tasks as assigned;

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Bachelor degree holder in computing and networking;
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience as IT system support;
• Knowledge in PC hardware, HRIS and Windows OS;
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, VPN, WAN, LAN is an advantage;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
