Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources & administration support including but not limited to recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance management and staff relations
  • Handle the full cycle of employee engagement procedure, employee activities and staff benefit as well as working visa applications
  • Responsible for general administrative duties and back-office support
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
     

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years' of HR & Admin experience from sizeable companies
  • Candidates with a Fintech background is highly preferred
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, working visa application and latest HR practices
  • Good communication skills, proactive, strong sense of teamwork spiritual and responsibility and able to work independently
  • Strong problem solving skills and can work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Human Resources Officer
