(Assistant) Customer Services Officer - Commercial Building in Central

• HK$18,000+ monthly salary, year-end Bonus, Gratuity
• 0900-1800 (Mon-Fri), 14-day AL, Bank Holidays, Medical Insurance
• Front desk & property management services in an office building in Cen

Responsibilities:

• To provide quality customer services
• To handle enquiries, requests and complaints from tenants
• To perform daily administration and clerical support works
• Handle other duties as assigned by the management services office

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above
• Pleasant personality, service-oriented and presentable;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are necessary; Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Relevant working experience in the Hotel, Property Management or Service industries is an advantage;
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Services Officer
