Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling members' enquiries on insurance issues; health care plans, processing, and follow-up customer orders as daily counter services.
  • Update and maintain insurance and claims record, report and follow up the recovery progress
  • To maintain the balance of daily sales income as well as to handle the refund process.
  • Update promotions and prepare reports assigned by the supervisor.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting request and projects as required

Requirements:

  1. Form 5 or above; 5 Passes in HKCEE/HKDSE including Chinese & Mathematics.
  2. Candidate shall pass Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper I and II
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Immediate availability is an advantage
