Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling members' enquiries on insurance issues; health care plans, processing, and follow-up customer orders as daily counter services.
- Update and maintain insurance and claims record, report and follow up the recovery progress
- To maintain the balance of daily sales income as well as to handle the refund process.
- Update promotions and prepare reports assigned by the supervisor.
- Handle ad hoc reporting request and projects as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above; 5 Passes in HKCEE/HKDSE including Chinese & Mathematics.
- Candidate shall pass Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper I and II
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability is an advantage
