Job Description

• Manage client engagement & needs and respond to stakeholder requests in a timely and comprehensive manner to achieve business targets and increase market share.
• Identify key projects and utilize internal and external resources to drive business development.
• Work closely with the technical & operational teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Review commercial proposals and performance in a timely manner and providing accurate analysis, including performance evaluation, competitive landscape assessment, and customer feedback to assess cost effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare pre-qualification and tender submission for major clients and conduct tender bidding review.
• Manage client needs, project planning & implementation, daily operational matters and any ad-hoc requests.
• Maintain and uphold the standards of operational processes with appropriate internal control and measurements.
• Monitor the market trends, customer feedback and analyse competitors’ activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Environmental Studies.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant business development working experience
• Excellent communications and presentation skills, with experiences in delivering compelling presentations and engaging with clients through different channels in both verbal and written formats.
• Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
