Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of retail shops to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency, and deliver quality customer service.
- Enhance and implement Standard Operations Procedures and Company Policies.
- Analyzing sales data, assist in making the merchandising plan, promotion plan, and inventory management strategies.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and shop team performance.
- Recruit and train frontline staff with product knowledge, selling skills, and service standard.
- Handle HR matters such as attendance records, duty roster, documents follow-up, etc.
- Maintain efficient communication between retail shops and HQ departments.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team, and assist to coordinate new shop opening-related issues. - Perform ad-hoc tasks in issues of marketing, VM, and business development if needed.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above;
- More than 5 years of experience in management in the retail industry, experience in the frontline is the priority;
- Proficient in computer skills, Office MS, especially Excel;
- Language requirements: Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;
- Independent management and crisis handling ability, strong ability to work under pressure, and job stability;
- Proactive, willing to challenge difficulties and passionate about the fashion industry.
