Job Description

• Propose design options, and develop it under the supervision of Senior Architect
• Excellent sense of graphics and design concepts
• Excellent 3D modeling and visual graphic skills
• Be accountable for design quality and progress; coordinate with the other team members to complete the design tasks
• Produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects
• Coordinate design works with other disciplines within AECOM as well as external consultants and suppliers
• Candidates with more experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex technical problems solving
• Occasional oversea travel to mainland China is required

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Familiar with applications in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua preferred but not essential.
• Open to overseas candidates, working visa sponsorship is available for this position.
