Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation workflows using n8n and similar platforms

• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and internal tools to streamline business operations

• Create custom nodes, functions, and advanced logic to meet evolving business needs

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve workflow performance and reliability

• Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to identify automation opportunities

• Document workflows, configurations, and best practices clearly and systematically

• Present automation concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields

• 4 years relevant experiences

• Solid understanding of automation and process optimization principles

• Strong grasp of API integration, webhooks, and low-code/no-code frameworks

• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or JSON) for custom logic

• Solid understanding of automation and process optimization principles

• Proven hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or other automation platforms

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• A builder’s mindset — proactive, resourceful, and eager to improve how things work
