Job Responsibilities

• Work independently with limited supervision and complete tasks on time with high quality
• Communicate with internal and external parties for projects’ co-ordinations
• Take part in sales and marketing campaign of our projects on introducing our products to the potential customers
• Prioritize to complete the important documents before getting to other works with less urgency
• Arrange meeting, prepare meeting materials and equipment for related setting, prepare agenda, minutes, reports and take respective follow-up actions
• Maintain proper filing system
• Prepare outgoing correspondence, email, internal memo and take respective follow-up actions

Job Requirements

• Certificate holder of Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
• 5 years of working experience in property developers or relevant industries
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Simplified Chinese in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Well-organized, good telephone manner and pleasant personality
