Responsibilities:

  • To accomplish the overall administrative and clerical duties.
  • To handle overall financial operation.
  • Responsible for keeping stock and inventory, and assist in general purchases.

Requirements:

  • Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in any disciplines.
  • 1 year of relevant administrative working experience.
  • Relevant working experience in social service is an advantage.
  • Able to write and speak English and Chinese.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiastic in serving Ethnic Minorities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
