RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front desk management & visitor reception
  • Mail/courier coordination & office supplies procurement
  • Document preparation (MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Assist merchandisers with sample coordination & dispatch
  • Maintain product databases and update inventory records
  • Prepare basic purchase orders and track delivery status
  • Liaise with factories/suppliers for documentation support


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma holder (Business/Retail/Admin background preferred)
  • 1-2 years in admin/office roles
  • Retail/merchandising exposure is a PLUS
  • Basic understanding of purchase orders/shipping docs
  • Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, including Words, Excel and powerpoint.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
