Responsibilities:
-Assist in full spectrum of office administration and HR functions
-Support office administration work such as prepare the management report, data maintenance and organizing company events
-Assist in implementing of all Administration and HR related policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency of company operations
-Perform daily work including monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculation, preparation of MPF filing, etc -Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
-Higher Diploma and above in any disciplines
-Fresh grad are also welcome
-1 year or above relevant working experience
-Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, fast learner, self-motivated
-Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
-Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
-Less experience may be considered as Administrative & HR Assistant Officer
