職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office administration, including insurance, procurement of supplies/equipment, and maintenance projects.
  • Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and transactions for company vehicles.
  • Support administrative tasks related to company property management.
  • Assist the Administration Department to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate and support office events, such as team-building activities, corporate functions, and staff celebrations.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR system enhancement projects.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts for office services to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, including coordinating safety drills and maintaining first-aid supplies.
  • Oversee digitization and organization of administrative and HR records for efficient retrieval and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support eco-friendly office practices, such as managing recycling programs or reducing energy consumption.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing company-wide announcements, newsletters, or updates to enhance employee engagement.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and HR tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience; office administration experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HK Employment and MPF Ordinances.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
  • Immediate availability preferred
