An international consumer products testing, certification and inspection company, STC (www.stc.group) is looking for candidates to fill the following position.
Administrative Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support and clerical assistance, including responding to inquiries and assisting with project coordination
- Responsible for gathering information, organize and maintain database and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments and meetings
- Perform other necessary duties as directed by superiors
Requirements:
- F.5 or above in business administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
