職位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-round reception and office administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including handling phone inquiries, managing couriers & mailings, etc
  • Responsible for general administrative and clerical support, including updating and filing documents, attendance report, billing, IT coordination, procurement  & maintenance of office equipment, stationery & supplies, and monitoring the inventory levels
  • Responsible for the office supplies, pantry items and stationery procurement, coordinate conference room booking and assist in conference room setup
  • Assist with company events and meeting coordination
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in reception and administrative support.
  • Responsible, cheerful, mature, attention to detail & can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills, organization skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese; conversational Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Experience in a Chinese financial institution and Immediate availability are highly preferred
