Job Responsibilities:
- Provide all-round reception and office administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including handling phone inquiries, managing couriers & mailings, etc
- Responsible for general administrative and clerical support, including updating and filing documents, attendance report, billing, IT coordination, procurement & maintenance of office equipment, stationery & supplies, and monitoring the inventory levels
- Responsible for the office supplies, pantry items and stationery procurement, coordinate conference room booking and assist in conference room setup
- Assist with company events and meeting coordination
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in reception and administrative support.
- Responsible, cheerful, mature, attention to detail & can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills, organization skills and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese; conversational Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Experience in a Chinese financial institution and Immediate availability are highly preferred
