Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for designated Project Teams on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation
  • Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in adaptation of new programme / systems in daily site matters
  • Provide occasional support for office administration matters
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with 1-2 year administrative/clerical working experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of written English & Chinese
  • Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
