職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order processing and documentation
    一般文書及跟單工作

  • Coordinate with related parties to ensure delivery of sales orders
    與相關用戶協調以確保訂單順利運送

  • Prepare sales contracts for approval and provide administrative support including document filing etc.     
    準備銷售合約及提供日常支援予銷售部門                                                                              

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/DSE graduate or above

  • 1-2 years' relevant working experience, experience in handling sales orders / customer services hotline is preferred

  • Proficiency in Chinese word processing and Excel

  • Immediate available candidates are preferred
