What will I be responsible for?
Handle office administration like office supplies purchasing, office equipment maintenance, documents & reports preparation, business travelling arrangements;
Provide clerical support, including data entry, systems updates, scanning & filing;
Assist in reception duties, like answering phone calls, conference room maintenance & arranging meetings;
Responsible for outdoor tasks like mailing & bank-in, etc.
What experience/skills do I need to be successful in this role?
High Diploma or above;
Fresh graduate is also welcome;
1 year of administrative experience;
Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
Good command in both written & spoken English.
