Job Descriptions:
- Maintain, organize, and order office supplies, office equipment, handling maintenance requests and office logistics as needed.
- Followup and process front line stores miscellaneous supply orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to Admin department.
- Occasional outdoor work such as document/package collection and delivery as needed.
- Assist in managing inventory by tracking stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and reconcilingdiscrepancies. Help maintain accurate records of inventory and assist in conducting regular inventory counts.
- Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE/Diploma or above.
- Min 2 years relevant working experience in office administration.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, detailed-minded, well organized.
- Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
- Good command in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
