Job Responsibilities

  1. Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and answering phone calls
  2. Maintaining and updating electronic and physical records and databases
  3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and requests
  4. Supporting the implementation of office procedures and systems
  5. Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements

  1. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly manner
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work
  6. A team-player with the ability to work independently as needed
