Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Handle telephone enquiries and greet visitors in polite manner;
• Responsible for preparing staff attendance records, absence report and monthly reports;
• managing conference room booking;
• Handle incoming / outgoing mails and courier service;
• Stationery and pantry procurement and maintenance of office equipment;
• Provide general administration and clerical support, including filing documents;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.6 or above;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
• Good team player with a pleasant, flexible, responsible and detail-minded character;
• Presentable friendly personality and be able to work independently;
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
