A well-established healthcare product supplier located in Lai Chi Kok (few minutes’ walk to LCK MTR Station) is looking for a dynamic colleague in administration to work in an enthusiastic, friendly and caring business environment. We would like the candidate to be part of our team to accomplish rewarding achievements for the company and to grow our business as a team.
Administration Job Duties:
- Provide comprehensive support to the manager
- Provide administrative support to sales team (e.g. prepare quotations/marketing/tender materials, schedule & coordinate promotional events)
- Handle customers’ pre-sales & post sales enquiries through phone and email in a professional manner
- Coordinate and communicate with internal/external parties on daily business issues to ensure smooth, effective and efficient operation
- Maintain and implement office systems and control including confidential correspondence handling
- Handle overseas accounts, contract negotiations and assist in presentations/meetings by liaising with clients and overseas parties
- Project planning and ad hoc assignments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with min 3 years solid experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Presentable, pleasant, responsible and self-motivated
- Meticulous attention to details, highly organized and commit to continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal, trouble shoot and problem solving skills
- Ability to promote and enforce company procedures and to plan & prioritize effectively
- Immediately availability is preferred
