DSE or above;

Minimum 1 year work experience. Experience in airfreight / logistics field / Property Managment Services is an advantage.

Proficient in PC applications;

Creative, good team player, good communication skills, self-motivated and willing to work independent;

Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua;
What do you need to do...

Provide administrative support to HR and Project team;
-
Perform full spectrum of general office administrative duties including office supplies inventory management, office equipment and facilities maintenance, coordination in IT support, company events
-
Liaison with suppliers in procurement of equipment / services;
-
Liaison with internal parties on project coordination and submission;
-
Solid experience to handle Renovation & Decoration Project's administration works
-
Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal parties to ensure project or maintenance are on schedule;
-
Responsible for daily administration and problem troubleshooting;

other ad-hoc project as required
