Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration duties, e.g. insurance, procurement of office supplies and equipment, maintenance project etc.
- Provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Administration Department, office operations, and company property management to ensure smooth execution of all tasks
- Follow up on routine maintenance, repairs, and purchase or sale matters related to company vehicles
- Assistant in managing the administrative tasks related to company properties
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Holder of HK driving license (1) or (2)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant office administration experience. Candidates with experience in property administration will be an advantageous.
- Punctual, responsible and well organized
- Self-motivated, good team player and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in MS Word & Excel
- Good command of English & Cantonese
職責:
- 負責辦公室的日常行政工作,例如保險、採購、工程項目等職務
- 為行政部、辦公室、公司物業的工作項目提供支援、協助
- 跟進公司車輛日常保養、維修或買賣事宜
- 協助管理公司物業相關行政工作
- 執行其他被委派之工作
要求:
- 文憑或以上
- 持有有效的香港駕駛執照(第1或第2類)
- 五年辦公室行政工作經驗,曾有管理公司物業行政工作經驗優先考慮
- 有條理,守時,有禮,有責任感,良好人際關係
- 基本MS Word & Excel 應用
- 良好的英語及廣東話能力
