Responsibilities:
- To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Project team in professional manner, such as project administration, system data entry
- To handle document submission and correspondences internally
- To support the team of any ad hoc matters
- Provide a full spectrum of office administration duties. Example: procurement of office equipment and supplies, insurance renewal
- Coordinate with Hong Kong office for supporting admin work
- Collaborate with vendors/suppliers/online shops for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
- Perform ad hoc projects and general admin matters as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in fitting out or engineering or construction industry
- Has experience in construction / interior design / interior contracting company will be an advantage
- Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and work in fast-paced environment
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in Fitting-out projects
- Immediate available is highly preferred
