職位描述

Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain the special mailing instructions accurately on both physical and electronic formats according to the up-to-date input and instructions.
  • Receiving incoming mails and cheques, sorting of mails, register and create records for signoff, identify priority mails, rerouting of mails or document.
  • Physical document on-site-archiving incl. filings and scanning.
  • Fully convert the documents through multiple processes of receipt, preparation, imaging, quality assurance and delivery of imager to the bank by using the document scanning platform.
  • Follow instructions as requested by the bank customers and customize the mail packs for dispatching.
  • Maintain the dispatching instructions accurately on both physical and electronic formats.

Job requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in mailroom or scanning operations is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Effective communication and customer handling skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good PC skills (MS Offices)
