Job responsibilities:
- Maintain the special mailing instructions accurately on both physical and electronic formats according to the up-to-date input and instructions.
- Receiving incoming mails and cheques, sorting of mails, register and create records for signoff, identify priority mails, rerouting of mails or document.
- Physical document on-site-archiving incl. filings and scanning.
- Fully convert the documents through multiple processes of receipt, preparation, imaging, quality assurance and delivery of imager to the bank by using the document scanning platform.
- Follow instructions as requested by the bank customers and customize the mail packs for dispatching.
- Maintain the dispatching instructions accurately on both physical and electronic formats.
Job requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- 2 to 3 years of experience in mailroom or scanning operations is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, well-organized and attentive to details
- Effective communication and customer handling skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good PC skills (MS Offices)
