職位描述

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of front desk/receptionist services;
  • Assisting with general administrative duties and clerical works;
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above;
  • 3 years’ experience in receptionist / administrative or clerical procedures;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, detailed-minded, well organized;
  • Good command in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese;
  • Competency in PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
