Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for full spectrum of front desk/receptionist services;
- Assisting with general administrative duties and clerical works;
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduate or above;
- 3 years’ experience in receptionist / administrative or clerical procedures;
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, detailed-minded, well organized;
- Good command in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese;
- Competency in PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
