Responsibilities:

  • To handle company secretarial tasks
  • To assist in completion of KYC reports, maintain good filing of documents for Compliance Officer
  • To handle data and follow up all on-going projects assigned
  • General office administration and clerical support for Compliance Officer and Director
  • To do adhoc tasks as request.

Requirements:

  • F.5, DSE or above with secretarial training preferred
  • At least 1 years of administration and assistant related experience is an advantage
  • Ability to organize, multi-tasking and problem solving
  • Mature, independent and flexible
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Min. of 3 days work (Flexible working hour)
  • Immediate available is preferred
