職位要求
學歷

經驗

Administrative Officer
Position Overview
Responsible for handling daily administrative tasks and general office duties to ensure smooth office operations. This position requires versatile skills including clerical work, basic accounting tasks, reception duties, and potentially driving services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily clerical work including document organization, data entry, and filing
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, bookkeeping, and simple financial report preparation
- Use Excel to create various reports, data analysis, and ledger management
- Answer phone calls, receive visitors, and manage mail correspondence
- Assist in meeting arrangements, venue booking, and meeting material preparation
- Maintain office equipment and supplies management, including procurement records
- Support various departments with administrative tasks
- Provide driving services when required, including client or staff transportation, bank errands, etc.
- Handle general office duties and ad-hoc assignments
- Help maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Support other administrative and accounting-related tasks
Job Requirements
Education
Secondary school graduation or above, with accounting or business-related coursework preferred
Experience
1-2 years of administrative or accounting-related work experience preferred
Skills Requirements
- Proficient in Excel operations including formula application, pivot tables, and chart creation
- Basic accounting knowledge with familiarity in simple bookkeeping procedures
- Proficient in basic computer operations (Word, PowerPoint, accounting software experience preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
- Valid driving license (if required for the position)
- Strong numerical skills with good computational abilities
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong team collaboration skills

Working Conditions
