Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to leasing department
- Prepare all contracts/correspondence and conduct market research for the department
- Prepare monthly reports and presentation material
- Maintain database and keep filing orderly and updated
Coordinate takeover and handover of premises, handle office renovation and facilities management
Requirements:
- Candidate with bachelor degree is must
- At least 2 years' solid administration/secretarial working experience
- Able to work independently, well-organized, self-motivated
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
