職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties include handling phone calls, keeping records, greeting visitors in professional manner;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, parcels and courier documents properly and timely;
  • Assist in setting-up conference rooms for meetings, seminars and other clients related functions;
  • Ensure the tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms; maintain office environment to ensure a smooth running of operations and facilities;
  • Coordinate for office equipment repair and maintenance;
  • Maintain and monitor fixed asset records and office supplies inventories;
  • Support planning & organizing company events and activities;
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience solid in reception and administration support, preferably gained in sizeable Chinese companies
  • Good command in of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Be presentable and confident in customer facing role
  • Be punctual, independent, pleasant and helpful character
  • Self-motivated, reliable character is needed
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
