Our client is a reputable Financial Company, which is looking for Admin Assistant to support their daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the organization and scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Liaise with IT technician to provide comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with technical inquiries.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Ensure that office supplies are well-stocked and ordered as necessary.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Business (BSc Business) or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 experiences in an administrative or IT support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Fresh Graduate is also welcomed
