職位描述

  • Provide general office administrative support on daily operations.
  • Responsible for daily accounting support such as bank reconciliation, processing of cheque payment, filing
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of sales receipt, sales invoices records, vendor invoices
  • Prepare month-end/year-end closing report and supporting schedules
  • Assist in stocktake
  • Handle and calculate staff salary and commission
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma or above with LCCI Intermediate or above
  • At least 1-2 years accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Knowledge of Quickbook, MYOB and Peachtree systems preferable
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, well organized with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
