Accounts officer / Accountant

Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts and daily accounting operations independently for licensed corporations (Type 1)
• Prepare daily and monthly FRR report according to SFC requirements
• Prepare company payroll and MPF
• Liaise with auditors or tax advisors for the annual audit and tax filings
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities firms
• Mature, able to work independently, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, detailed oriented and well organized
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available will be an advantage
