Accounts Clerk (Ref: FIN - CL)

Finance Department (Sham Shui Po)

Responsibilities:

  1. To record daily collections;

  2. To arrange and dispatch receipts to service units upon request; 

  3. To issue receipts and receipt summary;

  4. To distribute and/ or mail out cheques to service units and suppliers;

  5. To issue payment advices to suppliers;

  6. To maintain filing system for journal vouchers, payment vouchers and receipts;

  7. To provide basic bookkeeping of units’ accounts;

  8. To deliver cheques and bank documents to authorized signatories, if required;

  9. To perform outdoor activities such as delivering documents to banks, if required; and

  10. To provide administrative support to Finance Department.

Requirements:

  1. Form 5 / DSE or above with LCCI Elementary in Accounting;

  2. At least 2 years’ relevant working experience;

  3. Experience in MS office applications; and

  4. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
