Responsibilities

  • Prepare cheque for payment

  • Prepare TT remittance for overseas payment

  • Perform cheque download with bank for batch payments

  • Assist in answering payment status for colleagues and suppliers

  • Enter accounting entries to M3 for invoice receipts and payment settlement

  • Facilitate the issuance of debit notes

  • File accounting vouchers

  • Facilitate document flows among various departments and mailroom

  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time 

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong in MS Excel would be an advantage

  • Good command in spoken and written English; conversational in Putonghua is preferred

  • Willing to learn with positive and cooperative attitude

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Fresh graduates, stay-at-home mum or retirees are welcome to apply.
