職位描述

Responsibilities:

Handle accounts payable duties including vendor invoice verification, invoice posting, cost allocation, vendor statements reconciliation and processing settlement, arrange daily accounting journal, voucher entries and handle staff reimbursement, support month end closing and arrange reconciliation of accounts and prepare supporting schedules, assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Familiar with MS office
  • Prior job experience is preferable
  • Good command in written English
  • Experience in D365 would be preferred
  • Immediately available is preferable
