Accounting Executive, Accounts Receivable (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Purpose of the Role: Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments from customers, supporting the Accounts Receivable team in its key functions. This involves reconciling and updating payment records, preparing reports, following up on overdue payments, resolving customer disputes, and participating in month-end closing activities.

Expectations of the Role:

• Support the team in the Accounts Receivable functions

• Reconcile and update the payment/AR ledger and prepare AR reports

• Follow up overdue accounts receivable

• Liaise with sales/ordering teams on customer’s disputes and unpaid issue

• Participate in month-end closing cycle

• Responsible for data entry and filing the AR documents

• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

• With over 1 year of related experience in Billing & Collection, preferable in a sizable company

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially advanced skills in MS Excel

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)

• Self-motivated, team player, multi-tasks, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure

Advantage to Have:

• Hands-on experience in SAP is highly preferred

• With strong numerical sense and accounting knowledge
