Responsibilities

  • Able to meet given sales target, involve in seeking business development for potential businesses and account servicing of exhibitions & events.
  • Able to develop, create and conceptualise events and exhibition to clients.
  • Build new account and to maintain existing customer base through creative sales and marketing pitches.
  • Work with designers on concept requirements and designs based on client’s requirement.
  • Deliver effective sales proposals and/or tenders through excellent cost control and innovation, and present to target groups.
  • Budgeting and cost management for respective projects.
  • Get involve in operations to deliver projects based on client’s requirements.
  • Manage administrative requirements of the projects as required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibitions & events environment.
  • Possess knowledge in conceptual design drawing, space planning and decoration related materials.
  • Knowledge in marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Possess drive, initiative and a high level of responsibility.
  • Able to multitask with “I Can” attitude.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
