Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within the IT/ICT sector.
- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to recommend tailored IT/ICT solutions.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and product teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
- Develop account plans and strategies to grow business and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying risks and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals while ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- Provide regular reports and updates on account status, forecasts, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies relevant to clients’ businesses.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer relationship roles within the IT or ICT industry.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving growth targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex client relationships simultaneously.
