项目官员（Program Officer）

核心职责 / Key Responsibilities

1. 项目开发与设计 / Project Development & Design

·         基于基金会使命，识别商业向善机会，设计融合环保目标与社区发展的创新；
Conduct research to identify "Business for Good" opportunities, designing innovative projects that align environmental goals with community development;

·         与社区、企业及NGO合作，将弱势群体需求纳入项目设计（如就业赋能、技能培训等）；
Co-create project designs with communities, businesses, and NGOs to address needs of vulnerable groups (e.g., employment empowerment, skills training).

2. 合作伙伴拓展与管理 / Partnership Development & Management

·         主导与潜在企业/基金会合作伙伴的洽谈，明确合作模式与资源整合路径；Lead partnership negotiations with corporations/foundations, defining collaboration models and resource integration strategies;

·         维护长期合作关系，定期同步项目进展与影响力数据；
Maintain long-term partnerships through regular progress updates and impact reporting.

3. 项目捐赠与资金管理 / Grant Management & Financial Oversight

·         策划捐赠方案（资金/实物/技术），撰写项目建议书与预算；
Develop grant proposals (funding/in-kind/technical support) with detailed budgets and project plans;

·         监测资金使用合规性，确保符合捐赠方要求与基金会政策；
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and foundation policies through financial monitoring.

4. 项目执行与监测评估 / Project Implementation & Monitoring

·         协调跨团队资源，推动项目落地（如社区工作坊、企业合作试点）
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects (e.g., community workshops, corporate pilots);

·         设计监测指标，定期评估项目社会与环境效益（如碳减排量、弱势群体就业率）
Design monitoring frameworks to measure social/environmental impacts (e.g., carbon reduction, employment rates for vulnerable groups).

5. 跨界沟通与影响力传播 / Cross-sector Communication & Advocacy

·         代表基金会参与行业会议、企业CSR论坛，推广“商业向善”理念；
Represent the foundation at industry events/CSR forums to advocate "Business for Good";

·         撰写项目案例与影响力报告，提升基金会品牌影响力；
Produce case studies and impact reports to enhance brand visibility.

任职要求 / Qualifications

教育背景 / Education

·         环境科学、社会学、公共政策或相关专业本科及以上学历；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Science, Sociology, Public Policy, or related fields.

经验要求 / Experience

·         3年以上环保/社会创新项目经验，有商业合作伙伴管理经验者优先；
3+ years in environmental/social innovation projects, with preference for corporate partnership experience

·         熟悉香港及大湾区社区发展、企业CSR生态者优先；
Familiarity with Hong Kong/Greater Bay Area community development and CSR ecosystems is a plus.

能力要求 / Skills

·         跨界协作能力（企业、政府、NGO、社区）；
Proven ability to collaborate across sectors (corporates, government, NGOs, communities);

·         项目管理与预算编制经验（熟悉逻辑框架法优先）；
Project management and budgeting skills (logical framework approach is a plus);

·         出色的中英文书面与口头沟通能力；
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
