任職資格

． 歡迎持IANG簽證（內地背景優先）

．香港全球100強大學名單 （只適用於高才簽證獲批刻）

． 願深耕跨境保險賽道（無需香港行業經驗）

． 每週可投入≥30小時

． 對財富管理有探索熱情

． 強烈的財富創造企圖心

． 普通話母語+基礎粵語/英語

． 願高頻往返深港（每月≥2次客戶拜訪）

． 願投入6-12個月事業成長週期

Job Title

[Cross-border Elite Program] IANG visa holders preferred | 1-on-1 mentoring with MDRT/COT mentors | First-year Hong Kong subsidy

Job Description:

Join a cross-border project with a top Hong Kong insurance team.

Led by a team of mentors from MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) and COT (three times of MDRT level), you will leverage your Hong Kong financial and mainland Chinese backgrounds to explore the market.

This program is designed for cross-border resource integrators. Through dual-track training, you will become a cross-border insurance expert and help the team build a client network in the Greater Bay Area.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 Client Development: Leverage cross-border tools to serve the Greater Bay Area client base

🔹 Professional Growth: Complete ≤6 hours of bilingual training per week (cross-border taxation/CRS compliance/family trusts) and pass assessments (basic performance + cross-border compliance certification)

🔹 Teamwork: Participate in team meetings and optimize the customized solution library

Qualifications

． Welcome holder of an IANG visa (Mainland Chinese background preferred)

． List of top 100 universities in Hong Kong （only apply to TTPS approved candidates)

． Willing to delve into the cross-border insurance market (Hong Kong industry experience not required)

． Ability to commit ≥30 hours per week

． Passionate about wealth management

． Strong ambition to build wealth

． Native Mandarin speaker + basic Cantonese/English

． Willing to travel frequently between Shenzhen and Hong Kong (≥2 client visits per month)

． Willing to commit to an 6-12 month career development cycle

▸ Financial Support: Subsidy for the first two years of coming to Hong Kong (received upon meeting requirements)

▸ 1-on-1 mentoring with MDRT & COT mentors: Mentors will provide long-term mentoring to participants

Salary and Commission: $15,000 - $50,000 or more per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
