Location:
Hong Kong (with regular business trips to other cities in the Greater Bay Area)

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Develop and maintain B2B client relationships across the Greater Bay Area (including Hong Kong and Mainland cities), drive cooperation in health-related products and services through business visits and negotiations, and identify new market opportunities.

2.     Analyze regional market demand and develop effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

3.     Maintain a stable sales pipeline and accurate forecasts to enhance visibility of both short- and long-term business opportunities.

4.     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, provide tailored solutions, follow up on orders and drive repeat business to ensure long-term growth.

5.     Continuously monitor sales progress and performance to ensure business targets are met.

 

Job Requirements:

1.     Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales or related disciplines.

2.     At least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, sales or related fields (experience in the health industry is preferred, e.g., medical consumer products, supplements, health management, etc.).

3.     Strong understanding of market trends and client needs, with the ability to adapt to frequent travel within the Greater Bay Area and familiarity with the healthcare business environment.

4.     Proven sales track record with the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.

5.     Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; excellent business negotiation and communication skills; strong stress resilience and ability to build solid client relationships.

6.     Candidates with existing industry resources in the Greater Bay Area (e.g., hospitals, eldercare institutions, health companies) or with experience in cross-border business processes will be given preference.

 

Compensation:
Negotiable. Competitive salary (HKD 20,000–30,000), with performance bonus and benefits.

3. 維持穩定的銷售管道與預測,提升短期與長期業務機會的可見度。

4. 與客戶及業務夥伴建立並維持良好關係,提供解決方案,跟進訂單落地及促進復購,實現長期業務成長。

5. 持續監控銷售進度與執行成效,確保業績目標的達成。

 

職位要求:

1. 大學及以上學歷,商業、市場營銷、商務銷售等相關專業優先。

2. 具備3年以上B2B商務拓展、銷售或相關領域經驗(大健康行業優先,如醫療消費品、保健品、健康管理等領域)。

3. 對市場動態及客戶需求有深刻理解,能適應大灣區城市高頻出差,熟悉大健康相關行業商業環境。

4. 擁有良好的銷售績效紀錄,具備制定與執行策略性業務計劃的能力。

5. 粵語、普通話、英語流利,具備商務談判與溝通能力,抗壓能力強,能與不同類型客戶建立良好合作關係。

6. 具備大灣區健康行業資源(醫院/養老機構/健康企業等),或熟悉跨境業務流程優先考慮。

 

薪資待遇:

面議,提供具有競爭力的薪酬(港幣20,000~30,000元)、獎金及福利。
