分區主管 Area Supervisor

• 5 years solid shop management experience in retail
• Pet lover,passionate, cheerful person
• Immediate available is an advantage

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this incumbent will support the retail department with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee around 8 to 12 retail shops.
• Hold regular meetings with Management & Area / Shop Supervisors to oversee stores operations.
• Manage and monitor staff performance to achieve sales target and drive retail excellence.
• Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the retail process.
• Monitor target stock level, ensure high quality of store presentation and service standard.

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• At least 5 years solid shop management experience in retail field
• Experience in managing chain stores is a must
• Excellent interpersonal, good team player, good leadership and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent spoken in Cantonese and excellent written in Chinese
