職責

• 管理日常運作，包括更表編排、工作分配、餐廳維修及保養 
• 檢討及製訂合適方案改善餐廳服務質素
• 積極及熱誠與客戶互動

工作要求

• 3年或以上餐飲服務及管理經驗
• 中五程度或以上程度
• 良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先
• 良好溝通及組織能力
• 合資格在香港工作

Western and Japanese outlets opening in Hong Kong different districts. You are also welcome to join our outlets in other districts. Please make appointment for an interview.

Job Duties

• Oversee the day to day operations of the Restaurant but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, housekeeping, repair & maintenance of restaurants. 
•  Identify areas where service can be improved and finding practical solutions  
• Sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion  

Job Requirements 

• 3 years or above experience in F&B / Food industry at management level
• F.5 or above
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin a plus
• Good communication and organising skills 
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong

Restaurant Type

• Kai Tak (Japanese)
