职位描述
The Role:-
- To be responsible for the total management of the lounge business in order to achieve and maintain high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- To ensure the effective training and development of all staff and management.
Responsibilities:-
- Ensure overall operational efficiency at assigned outlet.
- Ensure compliance with the service standard according to guidelines established by management for the lounge.
- Support the Operation Manager and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, perform deskbound leadership and administrative tasks
- Ensure overall cleanliness including furniture and fixture within the lounge, working area and personal hygiene of the staff.
- Submit various reports as required by Operations Manager
- Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance and guidance to staff.
- Oversee the scheduling of duty roster or allocate staff, and schedule holiday of section’s staff.
- Select new employees, oversee on-the-job training for staff, evaluate their performance, report on their progress, provide recommendations on staff movement as required, and authorize overtime.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and house rules, discipline staff as required and resolve problems referred.
- Ensure communication 100% upward and downward
- Maintain overall quality and service standards
- Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times
- Maintain close working relationship with various outlets to contribute to the co-ordination of food and beverage service and to provide feedback on all customers’ comments.
- Respond to written customer complaints
Requirements:-
- F5. or above
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Restaurant management
- Strong business acumen and good communication skills
- Self-motivated, team player and enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Polished communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Able to work shift duties including early and night shifts,.
- Immediately available is highly preferable
Work Schedule: 9.5 hours per day, including 1 hour break.
Shift time: 05:00 ~ 00:30 (shift required)

要求:-
- F5或以上
- 至少 5 年豐富的餐廳管理經驗
- 較強的商業頭腦及良好的溝通能力
- 自我激勵,團隊合作精神,喜歡在快節奏的環境中工作
- 良好的溝通技巧,英語和中文(粵語和普通話)口語和書寫流利
- 能夠輪班工作,包括早班和夜班。
工作時間:每天 9.5 小時,包括 1 小時休息時間。
輪班時間:05:00 ~ 00:30(需輪班)
