Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and build strategic partnerships. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to promote our program to potential investors and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, wealth managers, and other business partners.
- Identify and qualify potential investors and partners, creating tailored marketing strategies and compelling sales presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales collateral and content.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven success in sales and business development, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the investment, financial services, or immigration industries is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and investors.
